Person(s) that add information to this site agree to be professional, tasteful, and preserve the accuracy and correctness of information to the best of their abilities. Person(s) also agree to acceptable online conduct and refrain from malicious, illegal, slanderous, distasteful, pornographic or profane language, information, links, graphics, sounds, images, text or actions directly or indirectly related to this site, its participants and links. PRIVACY POLICY
We keep personally identifiable information, email addresses, and sensitive credit card information given to this site private. Information submitted to us will be used for this site and its affiliates. Necessary credit card information will be transmitted to merchant service providers, processing authorities and/or law enforcement agencies as customary to authenticate and facilitate payments. This site will not sell or published this private information for public view.
ADVERTISING POLICY
Advertising on this site is available to all types of businesses. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any advertising that does not meet with the aforementioned criteria
-Ad Placement
• Select and purchase your ad and make payment online. Ad space will be reserved upon receipt of payment. Ad placement will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
• It is the responsibility of the advertiser to fill out and submit the contents of the ad in the appropriate online ad form. Payment must be submitted immediately after for ad to be displayed on site.
• You can email us at any time to make changes to your ad.
• A newly published ad will run month to month from the date it is first posted or for one year from the date it is first posted if it is a yearly subscription. A yearly subscription renewal notice will be sent by email 30-days prior to the end of the ad subscription. An automatic renewal will be made on the last day of either a monthly or yearly subscription unless a termination notice is received from the advertiser before the automatic renewal occurs. A termination notice must include the name, address, and phone number as seen in your ad and may be emailed to: admin@relocateagain.com. An ad may be renewed late but the advertiser is subject to loss of ad placement seniority in the directory.
-Ad Submission Details:
All reservations for advertising space must be submitted online. We cannot accept reservations via regular mail. The payment may be by credit card using PayPal online or by use of a PayPal account. All ads placed must fit the ad sizes and formats offered. No ad may be enlarged or reduced to make it unsuitable for space and format offered; no differing price may be paid to accomplish the same. If different advertising options are made available in the future, we will notify our advertisers of these options.
Ad space is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
When we receive payment for an ad, we will reserve the next ad space available for that ad. Due to the time it takes to submit ad content and process payments, we cannot guarantee that the next ad space that currently appears in the listing will be your space. Other requests may have preceded yours. We respect the privacy of our participants and do not disclose advertising processing information to others. We cannot respond to inquiries for exact placement status.
You will be responsible for the content in your ad, i.e., truth in claims made, copyright permission obtained if necessary, etc. You have an obligation to inform us if a dispute arises regarding your content. It may be necessary to remove the ad or the content in question until the dispute is settled. There is no remuneration for this period. You may submit alternate content to replace the disputed content. If the entire ad is removed, the ad placement space will be kept reserved for you for 30 days so you may submit alternate content. If you choose not to, your ad placement space may be used for another ad. It may be necessary to provide legal documentation so we may again display your original ad or content. We reserve the right to refuse any ad. We reserve the right to cancel a contract for any ad that has unwarranted or repeated content changes arise out of disputes. We reserve the right to monitor this site for appropriate, professional content.

Elements of this site and of affiliated web sites may contain material protected under copyright laws; all rights reserved, and may be protected under other laws. If any content exists herein without copyright permission, please contact us as soon as possible. If for any reason this site is discontinued, we will make every effort within our control to make a refund to the participants for a prorated amount of the ad price.
